IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System)
Requirement: To provide a single means of
communication, by which parents of students would be able to receive all details
without any discrepancy. Many parents do not receive the necessary information
that has been sent by the Institution in the form of circulars. A proper channel
had to be developed which is especially useful to parents who are not reachable,
and to those who reside in distant places.
Effort:
Teams of experts were put together to study the requirements and plan the
solution from end to end. A solution that had to take into account the user
requirements of multiple entities and deliver a package that would meet
expectations.
For Example: Press 1 for
Attendance
Press 2 for Academics Press
3 for Fee Status
Press 4 to
leave a Message to the Management
Press 5 to leave a Message to the
Student
In addition, parents can leave the messages to the
management and to their wards, which will be automatically given to the
concerned person. Also the system calls automatically to parents and
communicates by itself about the status of their wards
SMS (Short Messaging Service)
Requirement:A College
Chairman manages many businesses, he spends most of his time planning, meeting
clients and busy with other activities as well. But he is deeply concerned about
his Institution's administration and needed the complete information at his
hand, at any time and anywhere. A sound system had to be developed that is
robust and scalable for future requirements.
Effort:The solution called for business knowledge
and technical expertise to deliver a solution that was perfect for
implementation of a messaging system that sent reminders, schedules and reports
to management and staff anytime and anywhere, a holistic solution for the
problem
Features of Solutions:SMS is platform
independent and can work with many domain systems. A creation that's generic and
adaptable to a variety of institutional domains. The system works to improve
efficiencies in an exponential manner. The system is developed in a way that the
management and staff are sent reminders, reports, and requests to their mobile
phones, so even if they are away they could still have a hold on the daily
activities.
SMS automatically alerts the management about the current
activities of the institution to their Mobile. In this way delays in receiving
and sending information was minimized and intriguing decisions were made a lot
faster.
